Start-up training

Before and after machine installation, Stonemason Machinery's engineering team is dedicated to addressing your concerns and providing a comprehensive training package. This includes CAD software training, machine operating system training, introduction to machine components, explanation of working principles, guidelines for daily machine maintenance, and training on the replacement of vulnerable parts. Our engineers can guide your staff from the basics of software to machine operation, ensuring that the machine reaches its maximum potential in your hands.

Post sales machinery service assistant 

On-Site Service Assistant:

Maintenance is streamlined through our five global service centers, which include dedicated facilities in Melbourne and Perth. Engineers are available seven days a week to provide on-site service assistance and are directly responsible for supplying customers with spare parts. Our dedicated team of technicians travels across Australia daily to offer services, maintenance, and equipment repairs, along with providing spare parts for all machines.

Remote Diagnostic Analysis:

After our technical personnel understand and review your issue, if the problem can be resolved through remote backend diagnostics, our technicians will promptly address the problem by accessing the machine's backend. This ensures that the machine is back to operation at the earliest possible time, maximizing the efficiency of your business operations while saving valuable time.

All Stonemason Machinery machines come with a one-year warranty. During this warranty period, machine maintenance and repairs, whether for the machine or software, will be free of charge. Our technicians will regularly visit your factory to inspect machine performance and remind you of any necessary replacement of vulnerable parts.
