Slab pattern matching function

Slab pattern matching functionality: This application enables the acquisition and processing of slab photos by correcting lens distortion and rectifying them. Utilizing the captured image, shapes can be strategically placed on the slab to avoid material imperfections while identifying the veins that require machining. This ensures precise pattern alignment during layout to prevent defects.

Linear guide

After conducting numerous AB tests across dozens of linear guides, we meticulously compared their stability during cutting operations. We ultimately selected the linear guide that delivers the best cutting results for stone masons, effectively minimizing vibrations during slab cutting. The machine utilizes Taiwan Hinwin linear guides for movement in the X/Y/Z Axis and employs Taiwan Hinwin Ball Screws in the Z Axis to prevent chipping.

The annealing and grit blast treatment

The annealing and grit blast treatment establish a superior foundation for the cutting process, while the molten beam ensures high straightness accuracy.

Air controlled abrasive valve

The distinctive abrasive valve design, crafted entirely from stainless steel and equipped with a pneumatic waterproof function, ensures continuous airflow to the cutting head even when the machine is not in operation. This prevents water from flowing back into the abrasive valve, effectively guarding against potential blockages in the abrasive valve.

Dual oil circuit

The dual oil pump with an independent pump cooling oil circuit ensures a constant and efficient supply of cooled oil to the cylinders. The unique design of the air-con cooling, combined with an independent pump for oil cooling, features a specialized cooling pipeline to guarantee the rapid cooling of high-pressure oil.

Maintenance-free water accumulator

Due to the unique characteristics of the porcelain stone slabs, without the assistance of Siemens permanent magnet synchronous motors and Schneider inverters during the processing of stone slabs, it is easy to encounter difficulties in cutting the slabs, and even cause chipping when cutting angles on the slabs.

Key components

All components are produced in-house using our own laser-casting machine. We refrain from outsourcing production to maintain control over the quality of each part, ensuring that every component seamlessly supports the operation of the machine.

The PLC Human-Machine Dialogue System

Operated through a touchscreen interface, monitors equipment status with a comprehensive automatic alert system. This system includes automatic fault alerts, component maintenance alerts, and safety cover open alerts. It provides real-time monitoring of working temperature and pressure, offering a detailed overview of each component's operational status. In case of an error, the system provides guidance on resolution. Additionally, it enables users to check the remaining working hours of maintenance parts, facilitating proactive maintenance planning.
